So my health tip today is something that everyone can apply, from kids to teens to adults. It's called five-finger breathing. It's a technique to calm yourself if you're feeling particularly anxious, frightened, or upset. You think of your hand, and you start with your finger here, the base of your thumb, and you trace up, you breathe in through your nose, when you trace down, you breathe out through your mouth. So let me show you how that works. In through your nose, out through your mouth. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Do you feel better?
