-- How To Relieve Stress And Anxiety Fast (Somatic Practice) --
When it comes to stress and anxiety relief, here’s what you should know:
Your brain is not separate from your body.
That seems mind-numbingly simple, doesn’t it? Of course they aren’t separate.
But unfortunately we live within a culture that divides mind from body. The separation is so pervasive that it permeates every aspect of our lives without us even being aware of it.
Take language for example. We talk about our bodies like they’re not part of “us,” -- i.e. the you that you identify with as your personality.
But actually your body is integral to who you are. Not in a judgy sort of way, like you’re a bad person if you don’t fit an unrealistic physical ideal.
But in a neurological sort of way -- your thoughts and movement develop simultaneously.
And they function simultaneously, too.
Thoughts, in fact, are the narration or summary of our physical sensations and emotions. Which means that you can change anxious thoughts by shifting your sensory experience…
i.e. by giving your brain some new information.
And that’s exactly what I show you how to do in this week’s video. Give it a watch and let me know how it goes for you in the comments.

About Sukie Baxter
I help you rewire your brain for greater health, happiness and success -- and unlike most methods for changing limiting stories and negative beliefs which focus primarily on changing conscious thoughts, my work uses embodiment practices so that you not only think differently -- you ARE different. These changes are deep, biological and highly effective.
I have fifteen years of experience in clinical practice helping people to heal pain, stress and tension in their bodies so that they can experience more freedom in their lives. I’m the author of Perfect Posture for Life and the founder of WholeBodyRevolution.com, an online informational site for healthy posture, movement and aging.
I have traveled the world to study with masters in mindful movement, integrative bodywork, trauma healing, strength and conditioning, shamanism and energy medicine. Blending elements from all of these disciplines, I’ve developed my signature Nerve Method™ to free people from the stress and trauma that form the deep roots of pain and tension.

Many people have questions about Hypnosis. What is it? How does it work? And why does it work? Hypnosis itself is merely a concentrated relaxed state of mind. It is close to the same state of mind we are in when we are daydreaming or about to fall asleep.
Neuroplasticity can help you rewire or change your brain at any change, from womb to tomb, so that you can feel, think, and act in healthier, more intentional and authentic ways. You have the power within you to reshape your brain. It’s not magic, it’s science.
Scientists once thought that the brain was locked in place after puberty. But new technology shows that our brain continues to rewire itself and never stops changing as we age. Neurocience demonstrates why we are not stuck with the brain we got.
