Restorative Yoga

Hi, I’m Hannah, I support survivors of trauma feel at home in their body through trauma informed yoga.

As a survivor of trauma myself, I am well acquainted with what it means to find home again in your body. Trauma lives in the body, even though it’s often thought to be a “mental” issue. The way to find lasting relief and healing, is through the body.

Yoga is more than physical movement. It’s a philosophy that fosters connection to your true self so you can experience more peace and less suffering. When we move beyond seeing Yoga as a workout, this ancient practice becomes an embodied experience that creates connection and healing within the truest parts of ourselves.

My teaching style is rooted in the knowing that you are whole, even as you are healing, and the firsthand knowledge of the need for gentle nourishment that honors your body’s inherent wisdom. I teach slowly, with attention to inner reflection and a deep trust that you know exactly what will serve your body best.
